• Rext is currently a tokenizer of real estate projects in USA and Spain. The business is based on the democratization of real estate investments for clients in Latam and Europe.

We invest in differents projects arround the world. 

Our focus is in USA and Spain.

• Residencial: We invest in the Brickell area, Miami Fl. with luxury apartments with a fixed annual rental business model. 1/2 and three bedroom units.
• Commercial Retails: we own several properties in the State of Florida area in USA for commercial use with long term contract with the main companies in the markets like Starbuck's, Wells Fargo, CVS, etcetera.
• Hospitality: we entered the hospitality business through the purchase of hotels in Miami. In this case, we have a hotel in Miami Beach that has 21 rooms and is undergoung a renovation to bring its capacity to 45 rooms.
